  • Fermented on the barrel
  • Cold draw is leather some pepper but only on the back maybe tip of toungue
  • Touch of earth
  • Once lit there is white pepper to start
  • Fruit builds and a decent floral and spice aroma
  • Ash is perfect and the burn line pristine
  • Some leather
  • Smoke is full and tasty
  • Some cocoa powder enters
  • A nut aroma builds after the first third
  • Though not complex there is a sweetness that enters with a touch of cedar in the 2nd third
  • Strength is medium to full
  • Full volume of smoke
  • Retro-hale has a sliver of pepper running in it
  • Cedar builds with a continued sweetness the smoke burns a little hot at the end
