Ventura Cigar Company (VCC) has announced today that Michael Giannini, the company’s recently acquired Creative Director, has been promoted to General Manager. In his new role Mr. Giannini will retain his role as Creative Director allowing him to drive the direction and evolution of Ventura Cigar Company and its exemplary products.
The company describes Mr. Giannini as a charismatic innovator who has been leading the brand vision and development for VCC and its proprietary products.
In response to his latest promotion, Michael noted:

Michael Giannini has an extensive resume in the premium cigar industry that goes back over 2 decades starting as a pipe tobacco blender and store clerk. He eventually found his way to General Cigar after a working for Ashton Distributors, Inc. At General Cigar he worked on the famed La Gloria Cubana brand. Six years ago he started the Foundry Cigar Co. (A General Cigar Company) where he honed his creative talents on some amazing unconventional cigar releases.
