Patoro Gran Añejo- Rough Cut Cigar Review

Patoro Gran Añejo

Today we offer the Stogie Press Rough Cut cigar review notes on the Patoro Gran Añejo Reserva. I received samples of the Gran Añejo Reserva from Dr. Pablo Richard of Patoro Cigars  at the 2015 IPCPR. I would like to thank Dr. Richard for the sample. Patoro Cigars is a Swiss based company that have been selling cigars in Europe for years. In 2014, the  CLE Cigar Company signed an agreement with Patoro to distribute the brand in the US. According to the Patoro Cigars website:

The expertly hand-rolled Gran Añejo cigars have an excellent draw and exude the finest, richest aromas. They are finely flavored, multi-layered and rich in taste.

The Patoro Gran Añejo Reserva is available in 20 count boxes and 4 vitolas:

  • Gordito (4 x 58)
  • Robusto (5 x 50)
  • Toro (6 x 50)
  • Churchill (7 1/2 x 50)

The American Version of the Patoro Gran Añejo Reserva blend is described as:

  • Wrapper – Ecuadorian havano
  • Binder – Dominican
  • Filler – Dominican

For this review I sampled the Gran Añejo Reserva Churchill
