Cigar News: Black Star Line Cigars Parts Ways with Cliff Nelson, Former VP of Sales.

Black Star Line Cigars has announced that they have parted ways with Cliff Nelson, their former VP of Sales.

Owner Aric Bey stated in a Sunday Morning Email:

“Mr Nelson no longer speaks for Black Star Line Cigars. Any retailer that has been in contact with him can reach out to us directly via email or by phone.

Mr. Nelson has left the cigar industry completely. Black star Line Cigars has also added new people to the team.”

TJ Jones, DJ Jackson and Mimi Palmer are all joining the team as sales reps. We also added Sarah Burkhart as a Brand Ambassador.

Bey added:

“These four individuals were hand picked by me because of their professionalism, sales experience and business acumen. They also bring positivity to the team that was sorely needed. My national sales manager Richard Bratton and I are looking to have a great show in New Orleans and this team is going to help us make that happen.”

The company will still work with their brokers Doug Sifford, Tim Wong, and Albert Cisneros, and Quinton Brown.
