Espinosa Premium Cigars is thrilled to announce the return of two legendary cigars as part of its new Warhead Re-Up series: the long-awaited Warhead 1 and Warhead 6. These are among the most requested releases in the history of the 601 La Bomba Warhead line.

Erik Espinosa Jr., Vice President of Espinosa Cigars, stated:
“Our fans have been asking for this for years. Warhead 1 started it all, and Warhead 6 is widely considered the best weʼve ever done. Bringing them back in the Re-Up series is our way of honoring the legacy and delivering exactly what our supporters have been asking for.”
Warhead 1, first released in 2013, launched the Warhead concept, a bold, powerhouse blend crafted for seasoned smokers. Featuring a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler, this 6½ x 54 box-pressed Toro quickly made a name for itself with full-bodied strength, dense smoke, and an aggressive flavor profile.
Warhead 6, released in 2019, became an instant standout in the series. Its 5 x 58 semi-pressed Perfecto vitola and expertly balanced blend struck a perfect chord with smokers, earning it a reputation as the most complete Warhead to date.
Both cigars return in their original formats and blends, now under the Warhead Re-Up banner, a new sub-series created to resurrect Espinosaʼs most in-demand Warhead releases. Each cigar will be packaged in a newly designed, bomb-shaped 10-count packaging, a nod to the lineʼs military-inspired roots. The updated presentation honors the original look while introducing modern touches to mark their return.
Hector Alfonso Sr., Master Blender of Espinosa Cigars, stated:
“Re-Up isnʼt just about nostalgia. Itʼs about recognizing what made these cigars great and delivering that same experience again; bold, flavorful, and unapologetically strong.”
Both Warhead Re-Ups are priced at $15.00 per cigar and $150.00 per bomb. Production is limited to 1500 bombs of both Re-up 1 and Re-Up 6. Warhead Re-Up 1 and Re-Up 6 and will be available at select premium retailers nationwide shortly after the trade show.
Both Warhead Re-Up 1 and Warhead Re-Up 6 were blended by Espinosa Cigars and made at the San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua.
