Lure Cigars™ Has announced the launch of the Maduro core line with the redux of “The Brown-E-Trout” toro, and the new “The Lil’ Trout” robusto. Lure Cigars™ brings people together through ‘Tackle & Tobacco’ and encourages cigar enthusiasts to ‘Smoke Great Cigars & Tell Tall Tales.’ ™
Lure Cigars™ is proud to introduce its fourth core line: the Maduro Series. Featuring two box-pressed Nicaraguan puros — “The Brown-E-Trout” (6 x 54 toro) and the new “The Lil’ Trout” (5 x 52 robusto).
This line expands on the success of last year’s limited release with richer flavor, full production availability, and signature core line packaging. These cigars feature a delicious dark chocolate brown, maduro wrapper over binder and filler tobacco from Esteli, Condega, and Jalapa.

“Following the popular ‘Catch & Release’ of ‘The Brown-E-Trout’ last fall, we’re excited to bring it back as part of a full production Maduro line. We’ve also added a second vitola, ‘The Lil’ Trout,’ for those who want a slightly bolder, richer smoke — what we like to call a little more ‘loco in the cocoa.’”
“The Brown-E-Trout” returns as a 6 x 54 box press toro, the strength of the cigar is medium, and full of flavor. Your palate will experience notes of chewy, well-done corner fudge brownie, light baking spices, and warm earthy notes. This cigar produces a thick smoke, with velvety mouthfeel. The last third adds a bit of espresso and pleasant hints of dry cinnamon on the finish. The cigar retails for $13.00.
“The Lil’ Trout” is a 5×52 box press robusto that has been blended to be a slightly bolder cigar that is medium plus in strength. Flavor notes are similar to those enjoyed in the toro, yet there’s a bit more spice, like an added drop of cinnamon oil, that one enthusiast says reminds him of ‘Mexican Hot Chocolate.’ The cigar retails for $12.00.

With this new release, the company continues their commitment to offering the best possible cigars at an affordable price point. The Maduro core line is available now and begins shipping to retailers this week. The Maduro is sold in dark chocolate brown kraft paper packs of 10 cigars, with Boveda™ humidifcation.
