Lure Cigars has announced the release of “Fish Stix” – cigars that land ‘Big Trophy Flavor in a Small Package!’

The blend is described by the company as:
- Wrapper: Nicaraguan Habano 2000
- Binder: Esteli Ligero, Nicaragua
- Filler: Ometepe Ligero, Esteli, and Jalapa
The company notes:
“The strength of this cigar is medium-full, and that power is matched in flavor. Your palate will encounter notes of dark roast coffee, freshly tanned leather, pleasant baking spices, along with a bit of black peppercorn on the retrohale. This may be a smaller cigar, but it offers a lot of smoke and an incredible amount of flavor.“
Lure Cigars wanted to offer a smaller cigar that delivered on flavor for the quiet moments between casts, while on the go running errands, or between holes on the golf course. The idea for Fish Stix was developed last summer when they were testing blends from the Habano line. Initially released in a parejo format last year in limited quantity, the demand inspired them to move forward with the box press version that reminded them of the look of frozen fish sticks. The box press vitola also offers a slightly stronger profile with slightly less filler, and all the ligero kept in the blend.

With this new release, the company continues their commitment to offering the best possible cigars at an affordable price point. “Fish Stix” will start shipping to retailers the week of 5/23. This cigar will be sold in branded resealable zipper pouches of 5 cigars, with Boveda® humidification, and a limited-edition sticker.
