The Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA) has announced that this year’s annual meeting and convention has been abandoned due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. The meeting was originally scheduled for March 22- 26 in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. The association did note, they were considering rescheduling the event, but with the current conditions of the pandemic, it was decided it would be best to abandon it for 2020.
The next TAA Annual Meeting and Convention will be held April 9 to April 16 2021 at Casa de Campo in La Romana, Dominican Republic.
