Cigar Review Notes
- Slightly waxy and rugged milk chocolate-brown wrapper
- Finished with a pig tail cap
- Pre-light Hickory Smokey aroma off foot
- Tightly packed
- Cold draw delivers sweet smoked hickory
- Nice bands – Primary declares it as George Rico creation Secondary identifies it as the American Puro
- Initial puffs offer up charred hickory and pepper
- An early run develops along the thin char line
- Dry fruit develops wrapped in a delectable sweetness
- Well formed salt and pepper ash
- The early run finds its way and without any touch up
- Perfectly formed burn cone shows after the inch and half ash fell.
- Touch of ginger spice enter but mostly dry cherry and cedar
- Very smooth retro hale after the 1st third
- Burn has evened out without a touchup
- Picking up a clove-like aroma in the second third
- The ginger moves forward tingling the back of my palate
- Burn is now prefect
- Hint of vanilla is detected
- Medium strength
- Full smoke production
- Finishes with an ever-present ginger tang and burnt oak.
- A solid hour plus smoke
