It was this past week that Meirelles announced that he has formed the new cigar company along with Tiago Splitter. It joins what was once ACE Prime Distribution and Tabacalera Pichardo into a complete seed to shelf operation. Luciano plans on building a “dream team” of premium cigar industry experts to build the new company around.
