It’s been said, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
All Saints Cigars and Micallef Cigars have unified their sales functions as a single team. Industry veteran and All Saints Cigars co-owner Micky Pegg joins Micallef as President of Sales and leader of the combined sales team. Invoicing, fulfillment, and revenue collection will be done independently by each company.
The decision maximizes both companies’ sales footprint and resources while maintaining each company’s individuality. The aim is to extend their reach, deepen relationships with our Brick-and-Mortar customers, and offer a more comprehensive and seamless service experience.
Individually, both companies have enjoyed their respective journeys in the industry, achieving significant strides and successes. However, both understand they can travel farther together and accomplish more.
Dan Thompson, President of Micallef Cigars stated:
“Micky’s leadership and collective industry experience bring amplified energy to the sales process. He is like an orchestra conductor elevating each instrument, producing a harmonious whole. The sum is greater than its parts; for both All Saints Cigars and Micallef.”
The unification of both sales functions under Pegg represents a significant step forward. This isn’t merely a fusion of two teams—it’s the birth of a cooperative business architecture that integrates the sales resources of both companies and cultivates broader market influence.
Micky Pegg added:
“I am thrilled to roll up my sleeves and work hands-on with a dedicated sales force once again. I am transparent that All Saints Cigars is my Plan A and there is no Plan B. We’re implementing a strategy with Micallef that I firmly believe in. The decision strengthens Plan A and reiterates our commitment to excellence and growth.”
A shared vision between All Saints Cigars and Micallef, coupled with their commitment to brick-and mortar retailers, is set to leave a lasting impression on the industry.
