The M.Esteli features a a bold and flavorful blend of aged tobaccos including a Habano 2000 leaf grown on the company’s farm in Ventana, Ecuador. This is the same farm as the leaf grown for the company’s highly rated MQBA:

- Nicaraguan HVA
- Nicaraguan Pelo de Oro
- Dominican Piloto Cubano
This is the first time, the company has used a predominance of Nicaraguan tobacco in a blend. Bombay Tobak told me that the leaf used in this blend has been aged between 3 and 4 years. Like all MBombay cigars, the M.Esteli cigars are meticulously hand rolled at Tobaccos de Costa Rica.
In creating the blend, Mel Shah, owner of Bombay Tobak/MBombay stated:

To attain unparalleled flavors from the strong tobaccos in the blend, proper fermentation for a extended periods was required.”
