Cigar News: Casa Cuevas Cigars Warehouse Robbed

It was a rough weekend for Casa Cuevas Cigars and its owner Luis Cuevas. It has been reported that the company’s Miami warehouse was broken into yesterday and the complete inventory of cigars were stolen. The burglary is currently under investigation by the Miami Dade Police Department.

In a press release, Casa Cuevas owner, Luis Cuevas stated:

“Our entire inventory of Casa Cuevas Cigars, including our core line of Connecticut, Habano and Maduro, our Habano and Maduro Limited Edition Flacos, and our new box pressed, are all gone”

The company did note that they have enough inventory in their factory in the Dominican Republic to be able to restock by the end of next week.

In addition to Cas Cuevas cigars, it was also reported that Yayabo cigars that were housed in the warehouse were also taken.

As with all cigar media outlets, Stogie Press urges all consumers and retailers to report any attempts other to offer for sale, Casa Cuevas products. This especially applies to social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter.
