Cigar News: Fratello Cigars Enters the Value Cigar Market

Fratello Cigars and Omar de Frias are at it once again. Today, Fratello Cigars announced it will be debuting three new, value priced, products at the January TPE trade show in Las Vegas, NV.

The three blends will be known as;

  • Fratello Blu (Blue)
  • Fratello Rosso (Red)
  • Fratello Verde (Green)
Fratello Rosso, Fratello Blu, Fratello Verde

All three will be packaged in 15-count bundles, are crafted at La Aurora in Santiago, Dominican Republic. and each expressed in 2 vitolas:

  • Robusto (5 x 50)
  • Toro (6 x 50)

Interestingly, these Fratellos are priced at $3.25/cigar!

Omar de Frias noted in today’s press release:

“These are intended to cater to Fratello lovers that want a little extra bang for their buck. This is an exciting time for us as we’re diving into a new segment of the market, one that we hope will grow our family and our footprint in the industry.”

The company described the blends simply as:

  • Blu: Maduro
  • Rosso: Habano
  • Verde: Connecticut

Fratello plans to begin shipping these value priced cigars on the Ides of March (March 15th) 2020.
