Cigar News: Fratello Cigars to Launch Pocahontas at PCA

Fratello Cigars is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of its latest offering, the Pocahontas. Scheduled to make its debut at the Premium Cigar Association (PCA), the Pocahontas is introduced as part of our DMV series featuring Virginia.

The Pocahontas will be a PCA Exclusive where only people who attend the trade show can have access
to this cigar.

Omar de Frias stated:

“Tobacco was Colonial Virginia’s cash crop, fueling its growth and leaving an indelible mark on American history. This release for Fratello conveys the story of John Rolfe, his wife Pocahontas, the Powhatan people, and Virginia, binding the state’s legacy to a leaf that changed the world.”

The Pocahontas will be limited to 200 boxes and manufactured in the La Aurora Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic. Anticipated shipment is expected in April 2024.

The blend is described as:

  • Wrapper – Ecuador Habano
  • Binder – Nicaragua
  • Filler – Dominican, Colombian, and Nicaragua

The Pocahontas comes packaged in 20-count boxes and is expressed in a single 5.5 x 54 vitola. The company has set the MSRP at $10.00 per cigar.

This marks Fratello Cigars 3rd Virgina exclusive blend. Fratello Cigars headquarters is based in Ashburn Virginia.
