Cigar News: Gurkha Cigars Going For The Knockout at PCA’24

You heard it right!

Gurkha Cigars has announced that they will be showcasing the Tyson 2.0 Undisputed at this year’s Premium Cigar Association (PCA) trade show next week. The new release is a collaboration between Gurkha Cigars and LGNDS. This new introduction will be available in 2 blends, a Maduro and a Habano.

Jim Colucci, President of Gurkha Cigars exclaimed:

“Our collaboration with Mike Tyson and his teams at LGNDS and Carma HoldCo is a very unique one. We believe we’ve chosen the perfect blends together to represent the Tyson 2.0 brand. What’s even better is that we can expect to see Mike Tyson make an appearance at the trade show.”

The Maduro blend boasts a sweet San Andres wrapper while drawing in dark chocolate and peppery spices and is described as:

  • Wrapper – Mexican San Andres
  • Binder – Cameroon
  • Filler – T3 (hybrid leaf developed by El Artista), Corojo, and Broadleaf

The Habano blend imparts earthy notes with some pepper, toast, and spiciness and is described as:

  • Wrapper – Ecuadorian Habano
  • Binder – Indonesian 
  • Filler – Criollo 98 and Nicaraguan

The Tyson 2.0 Undisputed by Gurkha Cigars is made with El Artista Cigars and has an MSRP of $19.00-$19.90. They will each be expressed in 2 vitolas; a (6 x 54) and a (7 x 60).
