Cigar News: J.C. Newman Opens Doors to the Public and Offers New Factory Tour

After going through a restoration of their historic El Reloj 110 year old factory in Tampa, Florida, J.C. Newman Cigar Company has opened their doors to the public. If you have never been to this iconic factory, or you want to see the result of their beautiful restoration, you can now take a a behind the scenes tour of the factory.

Throughout the year, the factory went through a complete restoration opening up areas never before seen as part of the company’s 125th anniversary celebration. The retail store and three floor cigar museum is free to the public, Monday through Friday from 9AM – 5:30PM.

Behind The Scenes Tour

A 1 hour and 15 minute, behind the scenes tour of the factory costs $15.00 for adults and and $12 for Seniors, Students, and Veterans. Tours are currently available Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 1:30 p.m. You can book the behind the scenes tour on the company’s website here .
