Loaisiga Cigars has announced the release of the Infiel Limited Edition Box Press Toro, a new line extension to its Infiel brand.

The cigar is a 6 x 54 box-pressed toro and will be offered in two blends: Sungrown and Maduro. Production is limited, though the company has not disclosed total quantities.
The cigars are packaged in 10-count boxes.
Loaisiga Cigars is based in Estelí, Nicaragua, and operates under a vertically integrated, “seed-to-smoke” production model. The company maintains control over each stage of the process, including tobacco cultivation, fermentation, aging, and manufacturing. This approach allows for a high level of consistency and quality control across its portfolio.
The company is led by co-owners Silvio Loaisiga and José Ortega, combining decades of experience across tobacco cultivation and cigar production. Their shared focus centers on developing tobacco from the ground up and maintaining oversight throughout the entire production process—a philosophy that continues to define the company’s operations.
Loaisiga Cigars grows its own tobacco in key regions of Nicaragua, including Jalapa, Condega, and Estelí, maintaining full control from seed through finished cigar. This vertical integration allows the company to manage quality at every stage and ensure consistency across its blends.
Loaisiga stated:
“From the beginning, our focus has been on control—over our tobacco, our process, and ultimately the experience we deliver. This limited edition represents generations of work and discipline. When you manage every step, from the seed in the ground to the cigar in the box, you’re not leaving anything to chance.”
Ortega added that the company’s approach is rooted in long-term planning and infrastructure and noted:
“Great cigars don’t happen by accident—they’re the result of years of preparation. From how and where the tobacco is grown, to how it’s fermented and aged, everything is planned well in advance. You need the right infrastructure in place to consistently produce great tobacco and, ultimately, great cigars.”
Infiel is the company’s core brand and is built around a consistent Nicaraguan blend philosophy, with variations driven primarily by wrapper selection. The line represents the foundation of the company’s portfolio and continues to expand its presence in the U.S. market.
The Infiel Limited Edition Box Press Toro is expected to begin shipping to U.S. retailers immediately.
