Sinistro Cigars has announced they will begin shipping, the Sinistro 2022 NV, to select retailers Friday, November 18, 2022.

“Last years release was limited to 10 retailers, each receiving 30 boxes. For 2022, we wanted NV to be available to more retailers and consumers by adding 20 stores to the list. Due to the scarcity of the wrapper we use, we had to limit each retailer to 10 total boxes.”
The Sinistro 2022 NV was blended by James Agopian. He describes the blend as:
- Wrapper: 10-year aged corojo maduro
- Binder: Indonesian Sumatra
- Filler: Dominican piloto cubano ligero, Nicaraguan ligero, Pennsylvania Ligero, Olor Dominicano
They will be expressed in two vitolas, each packaged in 20-count boxes.:
- REMUS (5 x 52) robusto – MSRP $20.00
- ROMULUS (6 x 54) toro – MSRP $25.00
According to the company, there will be only 360 boxes (180 robusto, 180 toro) in production for 2022 and these will be limited to 30 retailers, each getting only 10 boxes total (5 robusto, 5 toro). They also noted that this is an annual release, unknown if they will come out with additional sizes in the future.
The Sinistro 2022 NV is handcrafted at the Tabacalera El Artista in the Dominican Republic.
