Swinger Cigar Co. launches new cigar line.

Space Coast Cigars, an Immerse Marketing LLC, company has been working with Swinger Cigar Company, in Dearborn Michigan, to develop their marketing materials, cigar boxes, business cards and most importantly, their website. After an initial consultation with Ryan Gallimore, managing partner of Swinger Cigar Company, and learning about the brand and what distinguishes it from other cigar brands on the market today, Immerse Marketing has created a website that exemplifies the Swinger Cigar brand. Our own Boston Jimmie has been on assignment to Michigan these past few months and has personally sampled the brand and attests that these will be well sought after.

Swinger Cigars started out as an idea for a golf themed cigar shop/restaurant. The idea was that men love cigars, men love golf and men love to eat. Why not have one location to do all three? After doing feasibility research, it was discovered that there really wasn’t a cigar brand that focused specifically on the golf demographic. Lots of cigars are smoked on the course, but no one brand was specifically blended for the golfer. This was the “AH HAH” moment, and the birth of Swinger Cigar Company.

Since then, Ryan with his partner John Carone have been working towards that goal. John, who is the owner of Don Yeyo Cigar Factory in Dearborn, MI (22087 Michigan Ave Dearborn, MI 48124), had been to the Dominican Republic because he had a custom blend made for his shop. Ryan and John then travelled to the Dominican in order to create a blend that would be enjoyable for a morning smoke, and then one for the afternoon or evening. They carefully choose the fillers, binders and wrapper in order to make a blend that would satisfy those specifications. Eventually they came up with the Front 9 and the Back 9 blends.

Swinger Cigar Company launched its products at the Annual Cigar Festival – Helotes, TX which sponsored by Cigars Aficionado Trades & Sales (C.A.T.S.) on May 31, 2014. C.A.T.S. is a Facebook group, 1^st of its kind, which went against all the cigars’ social media unspoken rules. It continues to evolve and break all the rules.
