Crux du Connoisseur:

Crux du Connoisseur

Crux du Connoisseur

Crux definitely entered the market last year with quite the splash of exciting blends and nifty marketing. This year is, once again, a year that Crux can be proud of with the introduction of 3 additional blends. Although we have not received the other 2 blends yet, I can assure you the Crux du Connoisseur was aptly named and deserving of being on anyone’s top 25 list.

Padilla San Andrés:

Padilla San Andres

We said when we reviewed it and will say it again = Let the Lion Roar!  Ernesto Padilla, owner of Padilla Cigars, ramped up production this year by introducing some exciting new blends at the IPCPR, but the one that stood out  for us was the Padilla San Andrés with it terrific construction and flavor profile.

Warped Corto X50:

Yea Look at that ASH!!!!

Kyle Gellis and Warped Cigars just keep cranking out quality and flavorful cigars and this year was no exception.This 4.5 x 50 soft box pressed, petite robusto is one to respect. Overall the Warped Corto X50 is a must try for those with experienced palates and those that enjoy full body and strength cigars.

Ezra Zion Cigar All My Ex’s:

Ezra Zion All My EX’s

The Ezra Zion All My Ex’s is a very well constructed, medium to full strength cigar, with a delectable flavor profile. Notes of coffee, molasses, floral, nut, and pepper and an effortless burn is sure to please the palate.

Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Sobremesa:

Sobremesa

Reentering the markets after a 2 year hiatus, Steve Saka and Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust has taken no prisoners with the introduction of the  Sobremesa. Overall the Sobremesa was an outstanding cigar with solid construction and burn qualities. The complexity was excellent with delightful flavor transitions throughout the smoking experience.
