Drew Estate announced this week they will be shipping the Herrera Esteli Brazilian Maduro as well as the repackaged Herrera Esteli Habano and Norteno to retailers nationwide. The new look for Herrera Esteli and the Brazilian Maduro were introduced at the IPCPR 2018 trade show held in Las Vegas.
Herrera Esteli Brazilian Maduro
The Herrera Esteli Brazilian Maduro is the work of master blender Willy Herrera and is described as:
- Wrapper – Plantation Grown Mata Fina
- Binder – Connecticut River Valley Broadleaf
- Filler – Nicaragua
The Herrera Esteli Brazilian Maduro is being manufactured at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate and is available in 5 vitolas and will be presented in the new unified Herrera Esteli Branding and packaged in 25-count boxes:

From Little Havana Miami, Master Blender Willy Herrera, stated in the press release:

This tobacco has such a unique texture and it showcases the lush floral and earthy notes I wanted to capture in this cigar. In addition, now that the Herrera Esteli line has been repackaged blending modern simplicity with classic Cuban style, it really shines on our retailers’ shelves and brings unity to the brand.”
In addition to the new Herrera Esteli Brazilian Maduro, the company also announced that the Herrera Esteli Habano and Norteno blends will also be presented in the new unified branding and 25-count boxes.

The Herrera Esteli Habano blend features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Honduran Binder, and filler leaves from Nicaragua, presented in the following core vitolas:
