Cigar Review Notes
- Dark brown wrapper with a touch of red clay color
- Pre-light scent; cocoa and vanilla
- Well capped
- Dark black tobacco just under the wrapper
- Tight draw
- Early pepper shot
- Citrus light to start with slight cream – like an orange Creamsicle
- Wonderful spice coming in
- Simple band the cigar
- Smooth felt-like wrapper
- Citrus is full even some cherry coming in
- Nice tight, toothy, medium grey ash
- Very smooth smoke
- Perfect burn
- Citrus and espresso at this point a third down
- Ash fell at inch and half
- The citrus lingers a little on the palate
- Smoke is very smooth through the retro-hale.
- Mid second third – some nut entering
- Final third a touch of spice enters
- Burn was impeccable
- Flavor terrific
- I just love the Oscuro wrapper
- Would pair well with a nice dark coffee
