Is it the first day of winter already? Where as the year gone? So many wonderful cigars we had in 2016, but only 25 can make the cut. Today I would like to present the Parte Tres of the Stogie Press 2016 Top 25 Cigars.

The final Stogie Press Top 25 rankings will be posted at the stroke of midnight New Years Eve.
